An example of very similar localities is the triplet 26-27-28.
Cluster analysis
Samples from the Edgewood province (33-34-35) cluster together.
The samples from the Bani province group together reasonably well
(in two clusters close to the root), but with the inclusion of sample
22 from the Kosov province. All in all, the dendrogram is not very
well resolved.
Seriation
It is difficult to get much out of the seriation method in this
case, except for some details such as the 'equatorial' samples 33-35
ending up at one end of the ordination, as one could hope.
