Lindell Bromham is a Reader in evolutionary biology at the University of Sussex, and a Co-Director of the Centre for the Study of Evolution. Lindell’s work centres on asking how much information about the tempo and mode of evolution can be gained from comparative analysis of DNA sequence data, but we may need to know a lot more about the tempo and mode of molecular evolution before we can answer that question.
