StrataPhy is a computer program for stratocladistic analysis written by Jonathan Marcot and David Fox. This is an early release, and development is ongoing. Therefore, we request two things:

1. Any problems/bugs be reported to the developers.

2. Researchers seek permission to publish results from StrataPhy analyses (so that we may ensure that no problems with the software discovered after your download have caused erroneous results).

Documentation is currently rudimetary, but accompanies the downlaods below. A proper manual is currently in the works. StratPhy is currently available for Mac and Windows, and the source code will be made available upon final release. This release of StrataPhy is version 0.3.5 (posted 7 March 2008). Newer releases will be posted to the authors' website as they become available.
