Kristina R. Raymond is a Master's Student at the Don Sundquist Center for Excellence in Paleontology at East Tennessee State University in Johnson City, Tennessee. Currently, she is completing her thesis on Pleistocene Bison from Mexico. Previously, she was an undergraduate double major in geology and history at Occidental College in Los Angeles, California, where she worked on Pleistocene mammals from the La Brea tar pits. She has two other projects published or in press. She has presented her research at numerous professional meetings, including SVP (2007 and 2008), GSA (2007 and 2008), WAVP (2006 and 2007), Southern California Academy of Sciences (2008), and Southern California Conference on Undergraduate Research (2007).
