Jeff
Crabaugh is Visiting Assistant Professor of Geology at Oklahoma State
University. He received degrees from the University of Texas at Arlington (BS
and MS) and the University of Wyoming (PhD). He was a visiting scholar at the
Science Education Resource Center at Carleton College and a postdoctoral
research associate at the University of Wyoming. In May of 2005, he joins the
ExxonMobil Upstream Research Center as research geologist in clastic
stratigraphy. His research is focused on the reconstruction of continental and
submarine landscapes through the analysis of the sedimentary record. He is
particularly interested in the study of clastic sedimentary morphodynamics. In
his spare time, Jeff enjoys playing in streams, as well as gardening, hiking and
travel of all kinds with his wife and son.
