Sunil Bajpai teaches at the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee, India. He is a vertebrate paleontologist mainly interested in fossils ranging in age from the late Cretaceous to early Tertiary. His recent research covers issues related to the Cretaceous-Tertiary boundary, India’s late Cretaceous biogeography and most importantly, Eocene mammals of India, both terrestrial and marine.
