Marcelo Stucchi is a biologist with research experience in wildlife: distribution, behavior, census, paleontology and morphology of birds and mammals, especially the Andean bear and coastal seabirds. He has described 9 new species and 4 new genera of fossil birds. He also has expertise in Environmental Impact Studies in the transport sector, water systems and sewage, oil seismic survey and biologic base lines. He is the founder and a researcher of the Asociacion para la Investigacion y Conservacion de la Biodiversidad AICB
