Alycia L. Stigall Alycia Stigall is an Associate Professor in the Department of Geological Sciences at Ohio University. Her research investigates the relationships between paleobiogeography, paleoecology, and macroevolution in driving patterns of speciation and extinction. Current research focuses on patterns of biogeographic change across the Late Ordovician Richmondian Invasion and the Late Devonian Biodiversity Crisis. When not focusing on the biogeographic patterns revealed by fantastic brachiopods, she works on systematic and taphonomic patterns in crustaceans, particularly spinicaudatans (“conchostracans”).
