Robert A. Martin is Professor of Biology at Murray State University. His primary research interests are mammalian community and morphological evolution. His fieldwork is concentrated in southwestern Kansas, northern Nebraska and southern Spain. The Meade Basin work has been supported by the National Geographic Society and the National Science Foundation.
