Mark R. Graham is the Senior Fossil Preparator at the Natural History Museum, London, based in the Conservation Centre laboratories. He utilises mechanical and chemical preparation techniques to develop specimens in readiness for palaeontological research and/or public exhibition.

Lu Allington-Jones was born in England in 1978. She began her professional career as an archaeological illustrator and finds processor and then worked on various projects within different museums. She started work in the Department of Palaeontology at the Natural History Museum as a conservator in 2004. She is currently a Senior Conservator within the Conservation Centre, dealing with all types of natural history specimens.
