Msc. Giovanne M. Cidade is a Brazilian PhD Student from the Universidade de São Paulo, Brazil. He has an undergraduation in Biological Sciences of the the Universidade Federal de Uberlândia, Brazil, in 2012. He completed his master's degree in Comparative Biology in the Universidade de São Paulo in 2015, and is currently undergoing his PhD in the same university. Throughout his carrer, he has been studying fossil crocodylomorphs of the Cenozoic of South America, with an emphasis in the alligatoroid group Caimaninae. One of the caimanines most studied by him is Mourasuchus, which was the focus of his master's degree dissertation. His topics of interest include systematics, taxonomy, biogeography, anatomy and paleophysiology.

Dr. Douglas Riff is an associated Professor of the Instituto de Biologia (INBIO) of the Universidade Federal de Uberlândia (UFU), curator of the Museu de Biodiversidade do Cerrado (INBIO/UFU), coordinator of the Laboratório de Paleontologia do INBIO/UFU. Licenciate and bachelor in Biological Sciences by the Instituto de Biologia of the Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro, zoologist and paleontologist by the Museu Nacional of the Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro. He works on the paleontology of mesozoic and cenozoic vertebrates with emphasis in the osteology and phylogeny of reptiles, to the search of fossil in Brazil and Antarctica and on the teaching of Paleontology. He has already taken part in the description of seven species of fossil crocodyliforms.

Dr. Jonas Pereira de Souza-Filho is an undergraduate of Geography from the Universidade Federal do Acre (1982), has a master's degree at Geology from the Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Sul (1986) and is a PhD at Geology from the Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Sul (1998), and has post-doctorates at the Universidade de Brasília (2011) and in the Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro (2016). He has experience in Geosciences, acting on the following subjects: Crocodylia, Gavialidae, Miocene and Alligatoridae. He has also been the Dean of the Universidade Federal do Acre for two terms, between 2000 and 2008.

Dr. Annie Schmaltz Hsiou has an undergraduation in Biological Sciences by the Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul (2002), a master's degree in Geosciences and a Phd in Sciences, with Paleontology and the area of concentration, both by the Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Sul (2006 and 2010, respectively). She is an Associated Professor in the Departamento de Biologia of the Faculdade de Filosofia, Ciências e Letras de Ribeirão Preto, Universidade de São Paulo (USP). Currently, she is part of the Board of the Sociedade Brasileira de Paleontologia, holding the Vice-Presidency (2017/2019 tenure), aside from being First Treasurer in both the 2013/2015 and 2015/2017 tenures. She has experience in the Vertebrate Paleontology field, with emphasis in Lepidosauria: taxonomy and systematics of fossil sphenodonts, lizards and snakes of the Mesozoic and Cenozoic of South America.
