Thomas D. Carr, PhD is a vertebrate paleontologist who studies the growth and evolution of Tyrannosaurus rex and its closest relatives. Thomas earned his PhD from the University of Toronto in 2005. He is a Professor of Biology at Carthage College (Kenosha, WI), where he runs a paleontology program for undergraduate students that includes fieldwork in southeastern Montana. Thomas is the Director of the Carthage Institute of Paleontology, which has its lab in the Dinosaur Discovery Museum in Kenosha.
