Currently doing a PhD in Biology (CCNH, UFABC), Valerian Jésus has a BSc in Geology (CY Cergy-Paris Université) and an MSc in Paleontology (Sorbonne Université). His PhD research project focuses on the locomotion and posture of extinct crocodyliforms compared to modern counterparts.

Associate Professor of Paleontology at the Universidade Nova de Lisboa (FCT NOVA). He has a degree in Biology (Univ. of Évora) and a PhD in Paleontology from the FCT NOVA. His main area of interest is dinosaur paleontology, especially from the Jurassic of Portugal, but he also deals with other reptiles (mosasaurs, plesiosaurs, crocodiles, turtles, etc.). He is the author or co-author of more than 300 publications (book chapters, scientific articles and conference abstracts). Since 1991 he has participated in and organized dinosaur excavations in Portugal, mainly in collaboration with the Lourinhã Museum, known for its important dinosaur collection. In Angola, he discovered the country's first dinosaur as part of the PaleoAngola Project. His interest in dinosaurs has led him to carry out excavations in the United States, Brazil, Greenland, Laos, Tunisia, Mozambique, Mongolia, Morocco and Angola.
He is an Associate Researcher at the Lourinhã Museum and the founder of the Portuguese Paleontological Society.
Jesper Milan. Geomuseum Faxe, Østsjællands Museum, Rådhusvej 2, DK-4640 Faxe, Denmark. jesperm@oesm.dk
Palaeontologist and curator at Geomuseum Faxe, Denmark. He received his Ph.D in 2007, from the University of Copenhagen, exploring the relationships between vertebrate tracemakers and their respective traces according to sediment consistency and behavior, followed by a Post doc project, Atlas of Crocodillian Tracks and Trackways, supported by the Danish Natural Science Research Council. Since 2009, he has been curator at Geomuseum Faxe Denmark, with responsibility for exhibitions, research, and the museum’s collection. His recent main focus of research is Maastrichtian to Danian ecosystems of Denmark, coprolites of all ages, Late Triassic faunas of East Greenland, and Danish palaeontology in general. He is author or co-author of (by end of 2024) 91 scientific papers, 61 conference abstracts, 97 popular papers and 12 popular books.
Lars B. Clemmensen. Department of Geosciences and Natural Resource Management, University of Copenhagen, Oester Voldgade 10, DK-1350 Copenhagen K, Denmark. larsc@ign.ku.dk
Professor emeritus of Sedimentary Systems, University of Copenhagen. He received a PhD degree on a work dealing with the stratigraphy and sedimentology of the Triassic of central East Greenland, and a dr.scient degree on a work describing the aeolian architecture of a number of Permian, Triassic and Early Jurassic sedimentary systems in the North Atlantic region. He has published almost 150 scientific papers and more than 60 as a first author. Since 1991 he has organized six expeditions to central East Greenland; during these expeditions he has participated in the excavations of dinosaurs and other coeval vertebrates in the well-exposed Late Triassic lacustrine deposits and during combined magnetostratigraphic and cyclostratigraphic work been able to place these finds in a precise chronological framework. In additional work he has interpreted the palaeoclimate that prevailed during deposition of the Late Triassic vertebrate-bearing sediments.
