Nathan is a paleontologist specializing in species interactions, community paleoecology, taphonomy, and modeling using the marine invertebrate fossil record. He received a PhD in geology from Baylor University in 2025 and is currently a postdoctoral researcher at the Milwaukee Public Museum. His research focuses on using complex analytical techniques with fossil specimens and datasets to investigate how interspecific interactions have evolved and shifted through time, and how these interactions and other traits relate to broader ecological and evolutionary trends in the past and future.

Elizabeth is a paleontologist in the Department of Geosciences at Baylor University. Her research explores ecological and evolutionary dynamics in marine invertebrate benthic communities across major biotic transitions, integrating paleobiological and paleoenvironmental data to understand ecosystem responses to mass extinctions and biotic radiations.
