Ryan Felice is a Lecturer in Human Anatomy at UCL in the department of Cell and Developmental Biology. He received his B.S. in Ecology and Evolutionary Biology at Tulane University and PhD in Biological Sciences at Ohio University. His research is focused on the evolution of morphological diversity through time. He uses geometric morphometrics, 3-D visualization, and phylogenetic comparative methods to understand how the component parts of organisms relate to one another (i.e., modularity and integration) and how these interactions have shaped evolvability, disparity, and variation across the tree of life.
