pooleKaren Poole. Department of Basic Sciences, New York Institute of Technology College of Osteopathic Medicine at Arkansas State University, Wilson Hall, 2405 Aggie Rd., Jonesboro, Arkansas 72401, USA. kpoole@nyit.edu

Karen Poole is interested in ornithopod evolution, particularly the morphology of the postcranial skeleton and changes associated with the shift from bipedality to quadrupedality. She uses a variety of phylogenetic methods including parsimony and Bayesian analyses, and is working on ways of separating ontogenetic from phylogenetic signal in order to incorporate juvenile specimens in phylogenetic analyses.
